Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-team ML and DS/AI initiatives for a major automotive entertainment client. You will drive end-to-end delivery, remove blockers, and ensure teams collaborate effectively to meet commitments.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years TPM or Scrum Master experience, strong stakeholder communication, and familiarity with Jira and Agile/SDLC practices. This role offers competitive benefits and US-based eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of TPM or Scrum Master experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large, ambiguous cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with TPM best practices (scheduling, risk, reporting).
• Experience reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams and communicate at multiple levels.
• Experience with automation/AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini.
• Preferred certifications: PMP or Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML and DS/AI features and capabilities to support the broader vision, goals, and objectives of the company. Coordinate activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure coordination and on-time delivery. Build integrated schedules based on an understanding team’s activities and interdependencies between teams. Manage removing blockers, risks, and issues. Report program status.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition, backlog prioritization, and dependency resolution.
• Help Engineering teams balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes based on an understanding of priorities.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, process and best practices adherence, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence without authority and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
