Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional ML/DS/AI initiatives for a major automotive entertainment client. You will own programs spanning multiple teams and drive delivery, collaborating with data engineering, analytics, and engineering groups to meet commitments.

This role requires agile leadership, clear stakeholder communication, risk management, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with TPM best practices: schedule, risks, status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML/DS/AI features and capabilities.
• Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure on-time delivery and build integrated schedules.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition and backlog prioritization.
• Balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence across diverse stakeholders to drive consensus.
