Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional teams delivering ML and DS/AI features for a major client in the automotive entertainment space. You will drive program outcomes, coordinate multiple teams, and optimize delivery processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with ML, data science, data engineering, and analytics teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery, while removing blockers and guiding stakeholders with clear communication and trusted

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with TPM best practices: schedule development, risk management, status reporting.
• Experience maintaining and reporting program data, preferably in Jira.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML and DS/AI features and capabilities.
• Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure coordination and on-time delivery; build integrated schedules.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition, backlog prioritization, and dependency resolution.
• Help engineering balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, process adherence, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence without authority and drive consensus among stakeholders.
