Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service or order management experience.
• Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, SyteLine ERP, or Pacejet is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts, service, and equipment.
• Enter and manage customer orders in ERP and maintain encounters in CRM.
• Coordinate shipments and ensure on-time delivery and updates.
• Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Shipping.
• Identify process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
• Support aftermarket activities including returns or warranty claims.
• Maintain accurate customer records and generate orders delivery reports.
