Job summary

Bolster is hiring a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) to provide hands-on technical guidance and support to our direct customers, helping them onboard, implement, and gain ongoing value from Bolster's platform. This is an early-career, growth-oriented role with a clear feeder path to TAM or Solutions Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role or equivalent technical background from education/internships (growth into CS).
• Able to learn a product quickly and explain it to non-technical customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple customers and items simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for direct Bolster customers.
• Configure integrations, APIs, and platform settings for each customer.
• Run technical training sessions and product demos for ramping customers.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting with Support, Security Operations and Engineering.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers as the technical point of contact.
• Track common questions and feedback to Product and Documentation.
