Job summary

Trinity Global Consulting, LLC is seeking a General Clerk III to work on site with the Navy Military Sealift Command Library and Tech Support in Norfolk, VA. The role requires an active Secret clearance and may involve travel to MSC vessels for inventory and documentation.

Primary duties include managing records, cataloging and filing, scanning manuals, and supporting the MSC Technical Library system. Expect long hours during travel periods and on-site work in a government environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with records management, cataloging, and filing.
• Ability to communicate via telephone and email.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage records including receiving, cataloging, filing, and redistribution.
• Operate equipment to complete assigned tasks and support MSC library.
• Handle calls and emails, relay messages, and respond to inquiries.
• Scan and convert drawings, manuals, and files; develop data CDs/DVDs.
• Retrive, sort, file service bulletins, and update manuals as directed.
• Travel to MSC vessels for inventory and cataloging of documents.
