Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Chief Builder and Distinguished Solution Engineer for AI Labs to lead internal technical enablement and set the standard for how we deploy advanced AI-driven capabilities across SEs, FDEs, professional services, and customer success.

You will own curriculum, certifications, and a champions network, propagate best practices across regions, and ensure every technical engagement demonstrates safe, scalable progress while collaborating with Product.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution engineering or related senior technical roles.
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its metadata.
• Experience building AI-enabled development workflows.
• Ability to scale enablement across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own internal technical enablement across SEs, FDEs, and Services.
• Design and run curricula, certifications, offices hours, labs, and champions network.
• Set the technical standard for builds: tested, governed, reversible, explainable.
• Build a reusable reference library from field work.
• Lead senior customer engagements and cross-functional discussions with credibility.
• Bridge gaps with Product by feeding back field experiences.
