Job summary

Docfield is seeking a Technical Lead to drive a cutting-edge document management ecosystem and lead a talented development team. You will shape the product as it scales to new verticals and geographies, expanding the technology stack and infrastructure.

You will influence how businesses manage their key legal documents end-to-end, ensure high availability, security, and robust SaaS delivery, and work in an international, flexible environment with startup-mentality expectations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of coding experience in software development.
• 3+ years of leading technical teams.
• Experience in SaaS, E-commerce or similar high-load environments.
• Solid knowledge of Ruby on Rails and React.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and IaC (Terraform/Pulumi).
• Deep understanding of security principles; ISO 27001 knowledge is a plus.

• Lead the development team to build a cutting-edge document management ecosystem.
• Scale the product to new verticals, geographies, and use-cases while expanding the tech stack.
