Job summary

NetDocuments is seeking a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to shape the next‑generation document management platform. You will drive the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, event‑driven systems on AWS.

You will lead a team, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering leadership, integrating AI‑driven services and cutting‑edge technologies to enhance semantic search, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production‑grade applications at scale on cloud platforms.
• 5+ years in technical leadership and development roles using OCR technologies.
• Proven track record of building scalable applications still in production.
• Required technical knowledge in C#/.NET, OCR technologies, event-driven microservices, AWS, Kafka, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction for document content extraction and transformation on AWS.
• Lead architectural decisions for OCR and content processing pipelines.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures and scalable APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product, design, and platform teams.
• Ensure security, performance, and compliance across implementations.
