Job summary

You will coach developers, own technical topics, and collaborate with CPTO and Engineering Director to shape architecture and roadmap. You will spend up to 80% coding, drive performance reviews, and help teams grow while maintaining delivery and quality.

Qualifications
- 2+ years as tech lead/mentor for a SaaS team.
- Led initiatives prioritizing performance, reliability, and scalable roadmaps.
- Strong full stack experience with modern languages and SaaS architecture.
- Product-minded with focus on customer experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent English (US/UK) at least B2 level.
- Enthusiastic about our working environment.
Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for all technical topics from the squad.
- Coach software engineers and participate in performance reviews.
- Partner with CPTO and Engineering Director on technical direction.
- Maintain coding activity up to 80% of time.
- Lead process improvements and help teams grow.
