Job summary
United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to embed in one of our platform teams and bring order to complex delivery. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leads to sequence work, surface risk early, and align cross-team commitments so what ships lands cleanly across every dependent team.
This role owns program outcomes, not status reports, and requires you to think in systems, work in mechanisms, and remove friction that slows the
Qualifications
- Ability to run complex, cross-functional technical programs.
- Comfort in deep engineering conversations and understanding trade-offs.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity with lightweight mechanisms.
- Experience delivering multi-team migrations or sunsets.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and modern engineering toolchains.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery for programs touching multiple services and migrations.
- Partner with Product Management and GTM on platform changes with customer-facing impact.
- Drive adoption of shared platform capabilities across teams.
- Manage multi-team migrations with downstream impact and dependencies.
- Maintain dependency maps, risk logs, decision records, and regular check-ins.
- Measure delivery health, incidents, and adoption to drive change.
