Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Hands-on with design and development, translating business needs into scalable software solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, debugging, and SDLC.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• This role is 100% hands-on with leadership through technical skill and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software solutions for the company's Digital Business Profile products.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions with Product teams.
• Lead the design and delivery of medium to large-scale features through the SDLC.
• Develop high-quality software using C#, .NET, Angular, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate in an Agile Scrum environment with sprint planning, reviews, and refactoring.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members, and guiding cross-functional efforts.
• Support production systems by troubleshooting issues and ensuring platform reliability.
• Participate in an on-call rotation approximately one week per month.
• Build strong partnerships with globally distributed teams and communicate with developers, architects, and PMs.
