Leidos is seeking a Technical Lead to support a government site at Point Loma as part of the Field Services team. You will provide direct desk-side IT support, troubleshoot devices, and ensure service levels are met across distributed locations.

The role requires DoD clearance, a Security+ (or higher) certification, and strong leadership in IT operations. Expect 24/7 support, with overtime and weekend shifts as needed.

Formación

• US citizen with a DoD Secret Clearance required.
• HS diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience; further education or certs may be considered in lieu of experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher certification required.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT Enterprise Operations.
• Excellent customer service skills essential for this role.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities are required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as backup to the Site Operations Lead.
• Oversee compliance standards across multiple site locations and enforce SLIs/SLEs.
• Audit HPSM ticket queues to ensure SLA adherence and guide technicians.
• Act as primary escalation point for critical security events and IA incidents.
• Provide peer-to-peer technical coaching and documentation training.
• Manage NIPR/SIPR KeePass access and site data calls.
• Analyze problems at detail and organizational levels to inform decisions.
• Plan, direct, and monitor site operations and training activities.
