Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Site Operations Lead for a government site group at Point Mugu NAWC, CA. You will directly oversee daily IT Field Services operations, ensuring alignment with DoD and SMIT contract requirements while managing tickets, deployments, and critical SLAs.

You will mentor a blended workforce of Leidos employees and subcontractors, generate operational reports, and coordinate with Technical Leads to optimize deployment flow and resolve bottlenecks for site leadership.

Qualifications

• US citizen with DoD Secret Clearance.
• HS diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher.
• Experience in IT Enterprise Operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead all daily IT Field Services operations across Point Mugu/Port Hueneme.
• Monitor the HPSM queue, break-fix incidents, and VIP hardware deployments.
• Mentor and lead 10+ Leidos employees and subcontractors.
• Generate and consolidate daily/weekly operational reports and SLA metrics.
• Conduct synchronization meetings with Technical Leads to align priorities.
