Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Site Operations Lead to manage the Point Loma Field Services group, ensuring DoD and SMIT contract alignment. Lead 25+ Leidos and contract personnel, drive deployment velocity, and enforce SLAs across 7 locations and 20+ bases.

The role requires US citizenship, DoD clearance, and 5+ years in IT enterprise operations with strong leadership and customer service skills. Expect on-site work at government facilities with standard health and safety expectations.

Qualifications

US citizenship required.
DoD Secret Clearance required.
HS diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher.
Demonstrated expertise in IT Enterprise Operations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Direct and lead all daily IT Field Services operations across the Point Loma Site Group (7 locations, 20+ military bases).
Monitor and enforce Service Level Requirements (SLRs/SLAs) via HPSM queue and break-fix incidents.
Mentor a blended workforce of 25+ Leidos employees and Subcontractors.
Develop and enforce SOPs for hardware lifecycle, 24/7 watch floor scheduling, and VIP escalation workflows.
Generate and consolidate daily/weekly operational reports on tickets, deployments, and SLA vulnerabilities.
Coordinate with Technical Leads to optimize deployment priorities and resolve bottlenecks.
