Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Site Operations Lead to support a government site group at Point Loma, directing the Field Services team and ensuring alignment with DoD and SMIT contract requirements.

You will manage SLAs, mentor 25+ staff and subcontractors, develop SOPs, and produce daily/weekly reports while coordinating with Technical Leads to optimize deployment velocity and resolve critical issues. U.S. citizenship and DoD clearance required.

Qualifications

• US Citizen
• DoD Secret Clearance
• HS diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher
• Expertise in IT Enterprise Operations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead all daily IT Field Services operations across the Point Loma Site Group.
• Manage and enforce strict SLRs/SLAs by monitoring the HPSM queue and VIP hardware deployments.
• Mentor and lead a blended workforce of 25+ Leidos employees and Subcontractors.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs for hardware lifecycle management, 24/7 watch floor scheduling, and VIP escalation workflows.
• Generate and consolidate daily/weekly operational reports on ticket burn-down, deployments, and SLA vulnerabilities.
• Conduct synchronization meetings with Technical Leads to align priorities and optimize deployment pipeline.
