Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a technology-focused professional to lead project technical direction and deliver solutions. The role emphasizes guiding the team, establishing coding standards, and ensuring quality across project work streams.

The candidate will develop team capabilities, drive productivity, and participate in feasibility studies, architecture discussions, and risk assessments to support successful project delivery.

• To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
• To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
