Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a senior Change Management Leader to drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness across large transformation programs. You will develop and execute change management strategies and plans, conduct impact and readiness assessments, create engagement programs, and reinforce adoption.

• 15+ years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, or Program Delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformations.
• Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR or similar change management frameworks.
• Relevant certifications (Prosci, PMP, Agile) preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
