HCLTech is seeking a technically minded software support engineer to assist semiconductor deposition equipment users in New York. The role focuses on problem solving, log analysis, and hands-on configuration, commissioning, and maintenance of system software.
You will troubleshoot, analyze diagnostic data, and collaborate with software, controls, and field service teams to resolve issues and improve reliability. A technical degree and strong communication are required.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies.
