Job summary

Lilly USA Tech Team seeks a Technical Integrator Lead to bridge business strategy and technical execution for Employer and FRM capabilities. You will translate needs into scalable, secure integration solutions across CRM and enterprise platforms, guiding architecture and standards while mentoring the integration team.

You will influence Veeva CRM configurations, drive platform strategy, and ensure delivery with governance, security, and data privacy at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
• 3+ years delivering technology solutions and integrations.
• Experience mentoring developers, engineers, or testers.
• Experience integrating major enterprise SaaS platforms (Workday, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or Veeva).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing in a regulated release environment.
• Experience with AI solution design, prompt engineering, and AI-powered support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions across enterprise applications, platforms, and data sources.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and integration designs.
• Define and promote integration standards, patterns, APIs, and reusable components.
• Lead technical integration efforts throughout the solution lifecycle from design through implementation.
• Coordinate activities across platform and product teams, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Identify and manage technical dependencies, risks, and integration challenges.
• Ensure solutions follow architecture, security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
