Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ seeks an experienced AI CRM Engineer to lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled CRM solutions across Veeva CRM, Vault, and MyInsights/X-Pages. You will partner with data science and analytics teams to operationalize ML outputs in CRM UIs and reports.

The role emphasizes governance, compliance with life sciences regulations, and scalable,Autowired AI-driven features for field reps and management. Strong SLDC and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience in software development, administration, and solution delivery.
• 5+ years of CRM experience including configuration, customization, UIX, controllers, workflows, security models, data loading, and integrations.
• 2+ years of applied AI/ML development experience in enterprise environments.
• 4+ years of SDLC experience in life sciences, regulated systems, and cloud-native apps.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and lead AI-enabled CRM solutions, including LLM-based solutions and AI features within Veeva CRM, MyInsights/X-Pages, and Vault.
• Design and implement AI/ML workflows integrated with CRM data pipelines and call planning tools.
• Evaluate and scale Generative AI capabilities for auto-generated call summaries, intelligent alerts, and field insights.
• Lead development of AI-powered MyInsights/X-Pages dashboards with predictive KPIs and storytelling.
• Drive AI experiments and pilots that automate CRM workflows and data enrichment using AI agents.
