Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Manager of AI CRM Engineering to lead and deliver AI-enabled CRM solutions across Veeva CRM, MyInsights/X-Pages, and Vault. You will design AI/ML workflows, integrate with CRM data pipelines, and drive predictive KPIs and intelligent dashboards for field reps and managers.

You will mentor global CRM developers, establish governance for responsible AI, and partner with Data Science teams to operationalize model outputs while ensuring validated,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Science.
• 5+ years IT experience in software development and solution delivery.
• 5+ years CRM experience incl. MyInsights/X-Pages, data loading and integrations.
• 2+ years AI/ML development in enterprise environments.
• 4+ years SDLC in validated, regulated life sciences and cloud-native development.
• Experience integrating AI/ML outputs into CRM/enterprise apps.
• 1+ year DataBricks in Lakehouse architectures.
• 2+ years with vectorization, Python, Langchain, OpenAI Azure, Anthropic, GCP.
• Strong AWS experience including API Gateway, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-CRM engineering initiatives across US/global teams.
• Architect and implement AI-enabled CRM solutions with Veeva/Vault and CRM data pipelines.
• Develop AI-powered dashboards with predictive KPIs and intelligent storytelling.
• Establish AI governance and ensure compliance with life sciences regulations.
• Mentor CRM developers and drive SDLC best practices in regulated deployments.
• Collaborate with Data Science to operationalize model outputs in CRM UI and reporting.
