Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a seasoned Manager, AI CRM Engineering to lead AI-enabled CRM initiatives in Princeton, NJ. You will architect and deliver AI/CRM solutions across Veeva and Vault platforms, driving data-driven insights for field reps and managers.

You will collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a global team to scale AI capabilities in CRM ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years IT experience in software development, administration, and solution delivery.
• 5+ years CRM experience including configuration, customization, UIX, workflows, security models, data loading, and integrations.
• 5+ years SQL experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• 2+ years AI/ML development experience in enterprise environments.
• 4+ years SDLC experience in life sciences, validated and regulated systems, cloud‑native apps.
• Experience integrating AI/ML outputs into CRM or enterprise apps.
• 1+ years of Databricks experience.
• 2+ years of Python, SQL, and AI tooling familiarity.
• CI/CD and DevOps experience in CRM/AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and lead AI-enabled CRM solutions with LLMs and AI features in Veeva CRM, MyInsights/X-Pages, and Vault.
• Design and implement AI/ML workflows integrated with CRM data pipelines and call planning tools.
• Evaluate, prototype, and scale Generative AI capabilities for auto-generated call summaries and intelligent alerts.
• Lead development of AI-powered MyInsights/X-Pages with predictive KPIs and dashboards.
• Drive AI experiments and pilots to automate CRM workflows and data enrichment.
• Partner with Data Science teams to expose ML outputs in CRM UI and reporting tools.
• Establish AI governance and compliance with BMS policies and data privacy rules.
• Keep up-to-date with AI/ML tools, frameworks, and vendors for the CRM ecosystem.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership across data loading, integrations, and deployments.
• Mentor CRM developers and administrators across global delivery locations.
