Qualifications

• 9+ years of overall IT experience in CRM software development, platform administration, and enterprise solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the AI-powered Engineering & Development across the CRM capabilities.
• Champion an AI-first engineering mindset with AI coding assistants and automated testing.
• Drive platform simplification and intelligent automation programs within CRM engineering.
• Lead agentic AI experiments and enterprise pilots for CRM workflows and data enrichment.
• Establish AI governance and ensure compliance with data privacy and validation standards.
• Lead the end-to-end UIX strategy for Veeva CRM field-facing interfaces and their development.
• Define UIX design standards, component libraries, and reusable patterns across the team.
• Lead CRM platform administration: user/territory management, security models, reports, dashboards, and data loading.
