Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a senior technical leader to engineer AI-enabled CRM solutions across Veeva CRM, Vault, and MyInsights/X-Pages. You’ll design AI/ML workflows, integrate with CRM data pipelines, and scale generative AI capabilities for call summaries, alerts, and field insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of overall IT experience in software development, administration, and solution delivery.
• 5+ years of hands-on CRM experience, including configuration, customization, UIX, controllers, workflows, security models, MyInsights/X-Pages, data loading, and integrations.
• 5+ years of hands-on SQL using relational databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL.
• 2+ years of applied AI/ML development experience with AI/ML models, LLMs, or intelligent automation.
• 4+ years of SDLC experience in life sciences, and cloud-native development.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and lead AI-enabled CRM solutions including LLM-based features in Veeva CRM, MyInsights/X-Pages, and Vault.
• Design and implement AI/ML workflows integrated with CRM data pipelines and optimization tools.
• Evaluate, prototype, and scale Generative AI capabilities within the CRM ecosystem.
• Lead development of AI-powered dashboards with predictive KPIs and visual storytelling for field reps and managers.
• Drive AI experiments and pilots to automate CRM workflows and data enrichment.
