Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Technical Integrator Lead to bridge business strategy and technical execution across enterprise applications and data sources. Lead integration efforts, mentor teams, and drive scalable, secure designs for CRM and ERP ecosystems.

You will influence architecture, promote standards, and deliver AI-enabled, reusable solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust performance. This role requires collaboration across global teams and time zones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
Experience delivering technology solutions and integrations.
Experience mentoring developers, engineers, or testers.
Experience integrating major enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or Veeva).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing in regulated environments.
Experience with AI solution design and AI-powered support.

Responsibilities

Design and implement integration solutions across enterprise applications, platforms, and data sources.
Translate requirements into scalable technical integration designs.
Define and promote integration standards, APIs, and reusable components.
Lead integration efforts through design, build, and deployment phases.
Coordinate activities across platform, product teams, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Manage dependencies, risks, and challenges in integration projects.
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain technical documentation and support operational excellence.
