Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Senior Integration Engineer to design and implement scalable integration solutions across enterprise systems. You will translate business needs into technical designs, lead cross-functional teams, and promote standards for APIs and reusable components.

In this role, you will drive integration projects through the full lifecycle, ensure security and regulatory alignment, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
  • 3+ years delivering IT solutions and integrations.
  • Experience providing functional/direct technical direction, including mentoring.
  • Experience integrating major enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Veeva).
  • CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing in regulated environments.
  • AI solution design, prompt engineering, and AI-powered support/self-service.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integration solutions across enterprise applications, platforms, and data sources.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and integration designs.
  • Define and promote integration standards, patterns, APIs, and reusable components.
  • Lead technical integration efforts through the solution lifecycle (design to implementation).
  • Coordinate across platform/product teams, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage technical dependencies, risks, and integration challenges.
  • Facilitate technical reviews and drive alignment across systems and technology domains.
  • Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain technical documentation; support operational excellence via monitoring and readiness.
  • Improve interoperability, automation, scalability, and platform performance.
  • Provide day-to-day technical direction and mentorship to integration/developer teams.
  • Define, track, and report integration performance metrics/KPIs to leadership.
  • Lead integration workstream delivery cadence using CRM Agile/Scrum or SAFe ceremonies.
  • Serve as functional SME for Employer and FRM capabilities; partner to define future-state requirements and roadmaps.
  • Influence Veeva CRM configuration and platform strategy; drive scalable implementation approaches.
  • Own requirements management, backlog prioritization, testing strategy, release readiness, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive innovation via root cause analysis and building scalable, reusable AI agents.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
  • 3+ years delivering IT solutions and integrations.
  • Experience providing functional/direct technical direction, including mentoring.
  • Experience integrating major enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Veeva).
  • CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing in regulated environments.
  • AI solution design, prompt engineering, and AI-powered support/self-service.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Regulated industry experience (pharma/life sciences), including GxP/SOX-relevant systems.
  • AI certification (e.g., AWS AI Practitioner or equivalent).
  • Integration technology/data interoperability knowledge.
  • Digital CRM experience (Veeva CRM or Salesforce.com).
  • Cloud (AWS/Azure), IAM, SSO/federation, API management/gateway tooling.
  • Global/offshore delivery experience.
  • Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery/cadence ownership; relevant certifications.
  • Experience owning delivery metrics/KPI reporting (velocity, defect rates, SLA/uptime).
  • Veeva CRM architecture/security/business rules and enterprise integrations.
  • Knowledge of AI governance/compliance/monitoring/knowledge management and CRM automation.
