Job summary

Epec, LLC in New Bedford, MA is hiring a motivated Inside Sales professional to support customers and the outside sales team. This customer-facing role responds to inquiries, prepares quotes and proposals, and helps customers identify the right solutions for their needs.

You will work with products like Printed Circuit Boards, Battery Packs, CNC Machining, and HMI Systems, ensuring timely communication and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience.
• Experience with electric schematics and PCB fabrication knowledge a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications and plans to determine optimal product solutions.
• Prepare accurate and competitive proposals and quotations.
• Provide technical support to customers and outside sales team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up to secure orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through expert product knowledge and responsive service.
• Assist with other tasks necessary for department or company success.
