Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in Customer Service or similar roles preferred.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/order entry systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; teamwork-oriented mindset.
• ITAR compliance: U.S. person required.

Responsibilities

• Act as customer advocate and align with stakeholders to address pain points.
• Manage order processing, bookings, and revenue forecasts aligned with SIOP.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Engineering, and Operations to meet requirements.
• Maintain CRM data, track quotes, and monitor pipeline progress in Salesforce.
• Provide production updates and negotiate quotes and fees with customers.
• Support on-site visits and contribute to sales strategy and pricing policy.
