Job summary

Power Designers Sibex is seeking an Outside Sales/Business Development Manager to sell EMS, PCBA, components, power systems, and contract manufacturing solutions. You’ll drive revenue through new business and expanding existing accounts, while negotiating contracts and delivering profitable quotations.

You will travel to customer locations, attend events, and collaborate with engineering and operations to price complex assemblies and manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of experience selling contract manufacturing services, PCB assemblies, electronic components, electronic systems, or related products.
• Proven outside sales and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospective clients.
• Actively prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities within target markets.
• Generate qualified leads that fit the new business profile.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and commercial terms with customers.
• Close new customer business and secure long-term manufacturing agreements.
• Submit quotations and proposals that meet company objectives and profitability requirements.
• Travel as required to customer locations and events.
