Job summary

TT Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative at our Southborough, MA facility to manage customer relationships from proposal through production. You will coordinate order processing, collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, and Operations to deliver on-time, in-budget products.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer service, ERP/CRM familiarity, and strong communication skills. Onsite benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in Customer Service or similar roles preferred.
• Experience with ERP, CRM and/or order entry systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• ITAR: U.S. persons required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer advocate internally and communicate the voice of the client to stakeholders.
• Participate in customer on-site visits to meet company policies and regulations.
• Manage bookings and revenue forecasts in line with SIOP and pipeline reviews.
• Interface with Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and Forecast teams to support strategy.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide production updates, quotes and orders per standards.
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with customer interactions and pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requests.
• Ensure data integrity in order entry, promises, quotes, and scorecards.
