Job summary

Element Solutions Inc is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in New Haven, Connecticut. This role provides on-site process expertise for PCB fabricators, ensuring effective chemical application and process optimization. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and 2–5 years of relevant experience.

A competitive salary between $90,000 and $120,000 annually is offered, along with a performance-related bonus and benefits including medical and life insurance. Candidate must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or related roles.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site process expertise and chemical change implementation.
• Understand PCB chemical functions and articulate them to customers.
• Conduct health checks and process audits at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process problems and optimize manufacturing.
• Coordinate activities with Account Manager and Business Director.
