Job summary

TT Electronics plc is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Southborough, MA facility. You will be the main contact for existing customers, overseeing order processing and coordinating with Business Development, Engineering, and Finance to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in customer service or related roles, with ERP/CRM system experience and strong communication skills. Onsite position with comprehensive benefits and salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years' experience in Customer Service or similar roles is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/order entry systems strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Computer proficiency—Intermediate level in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer advocate internally and communicate the voice of the client to key stakeholders.
• Participate in on-site visits to meet company policies and regulations.
• Manage booking and revenue forecasts in line with SIOP and Pipeline reviews.
• Interface with marketing and sales strategy, pricing policy, and sales forecasts.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide production updates, quotes, and orders in compliance with standards.
• Keep the CRM platform (Salesforce) up to date with interactions and pipeline.
