CTi Controltech, part of Flow Control Group, is seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative in San Ramon, CA. You will manage key customer accounts, drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling, and coordinate with outside sales, operations and engineering to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include developing account plans, analyzing trends, and using CRM tools to track opportunities, while explaining product features of liquid level measurement and other automation

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in inside sales, account management, or a customer-facing role in industrial/technical product environment.
• Proven ability to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling with existing accounts.
• Experience supporting pricing, margin, and quoting decisions with sales leadership.
• Experience using CRM systems and coordinating across internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Act as the primary contact for inquiries, issues, and requests.
• Proactively monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Upsell, cross-sell, and expand product usage within accounts.
• Explain product applications, features and benefits, and assist with special orders.
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Oversee order fulfillment and resolve issues effectively.
• Educate customers on new products, features, and services.
• Collaborate with business development to nurture leads.
• Use CRM to track and manage sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with outside sales, engineering, and operations on customer strategies.
• Assist quoting activity and order entry; determine pricing and margin during quotes.
• Serve as product knowledge expert in liquid level measurement.
