Job summary

CTi Controltech, part of Flow Control Group, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to expand our industrial automation solutions in Reno, NV. You will build strong customer relationships, present technical valve and instrumentation solutions, and drive revenue growth with field-based demonstrations and tailored proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales in industrial automation, process control, or related field.
• Strong understanding of valves, instrumentation, flow control, and automation products.
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory and meet/exceed quotas.
• CRM platforms and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Prospect and cultivate new customer relationships within the assigned region.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through visits and solution-based selling.
• Collaborate with internal product specialists and vendors to design and deliver customized control and automation solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to decision-makers and engineering teams.
• Maintain CRM records of customer interactions and opportunities.
