Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
• 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in electrical industry.
• Familiarity with 3-phase AC power systems and related equipment.
• Experience with complex bid/proposal processes and negotiations.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and guide customers from inquiry to order.
• Coordinate RFQs, review Salesforce opportunities, and help price pre-negotiations.
• Maintain customer relationships, update proposals, and manage post-sale coordination.
• Develop sales reports and dashboards to monitor performance.
