Job summary

Critical Facilities Technology is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support sales efforts in mission critical power and cooling. You will build relationships with customers, handle quotes and orders, and collaborate with inside and outside teams to drive project success.

The role requires a technical mindset to understand electrical and mechanical products, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Detail-oriented with time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Technical aptitude or willingness to learn electrical products and industry terminology.
• Experience with MS Office and Google tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email.
• Process quotes, orders, and submittals in a timely fashion with strong attention to detail.
• Coordinate with outside sales, manufacturers, customers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Become a technical resource and expert on product lines to support distribution.
• Track and manage multiple quotes, orders, and customer requests simultaneously.
• Follow up on open quotes and opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pricing, and project status in the CRM system.
