Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales or technical sales experience.
• Experience in fire protection or industrial safety a plus.
• Strong communication, technical aptitude, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Negotiate delivery schedules and product options to meet needs.
• Provide technical guidance on product selection and applications.
