Integrated Cooling Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to serve as a technical partner to the commercial HVAC sales team, guiding projects from design through delivery. You will learn product lines, assist with estimating and proposals, and support customers with applications and technical questions.

The role blends engineering, project coordination, and sales support within a collaborative leadership structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• HVAC, mechanical systems, engineering, estimating, construction, or technical sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, mechanical plans, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Outside Sales Engineer to align priorities and support HVAC opportunities from design through project completion.
• Review mechanical plans, specifications, and schedules to understand design intent and equipment requirements.
• Prepare equipment estimates, pricing, quotations, and proposals.
• Coordinate equipment selections, pricing, lead times, and technical requirements with manufacturers and internal teams.
• Prepare and coordinate technical submittals, product data, and other project documentation.
• Support customers with product applications, technical questions, and solution recommendations.
• Communicate with contractors, engineers, manufacturers, and project stakeholders to keep projects moving.
• Assist with order entry and ensure project information is accurate before release.
