LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to develop and maintain customer relationships and generate sales opportunities for power system equipment and services.

You will prepare quotes, bid packages, and proposals while collaborating with engineering, operations, and outside sales teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inside or technical sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM, MS

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in inside sales, technical sales, customer service, or account management.
• Experience in power generation, electrical distribution, industrial equipment, HVAC, construction, or related industries preferred.
• Proficient with CRM software, MS Office, and ERP systems; able to read technical specifications and equipment layouts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about power system products, services, and solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound activities.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and bid packages; follow up to secure orders.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to develop customer-specific solutions.
• Support outside sales with pricing, product selection, and account management.
• Maintain CRM records, sales activities, and opportunities.
