Job summary

Legrand is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support sales managers and customers in an assigned territory, driving orders and growth across the Power & Thermal Management division. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, accurate CRM/ERP data, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams.

You will assist with product selections, order fulfillment, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends for data centers, while contributing to achieving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 3+ years of sales support or inside sales experience.
• Experience in technology or data center industries preferred.
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to develop relationships with partners/customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales transactions in CRM and ERP systems.
• Support customer inquiries regarding order status, ship dates, and inventory availability.
• Expedite orders, follow up on quotes, and complete sales orders.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
• Assist sales managers and customers in determining the best product solution within scope and budget.
• Coordinate sales-related activities with sales, marketing, operations, and product support teams.
• Stay current with product training and industry trends in the data center marketplace.
• Qualify potential customers by building rapport and identifying client needs.
