Job summary

Integrated Cooling Solutions (ICS) in Florida is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to be a key technical partner to our commercial HVAC sales team. You’ll work with an Outside Sales Engineer, taking projects from initial design and equipment selection through estimating, proposals, submittals, ordering, and delivery.

You’ll learn manufacturer lines, build a strong understanding of commercial HVAC applications, and help customers find the right solution for each project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) required.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC equipment and applications.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM/ERP and CAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Outside Sales Engineer to align priorities from design through delivery.
• Review plans, specs, and schedules to understand design intent and equipment needs.
• Prepare estimates, pricing, quotations, and proposals.
• Coordinate equipment selections and requirements with manufacturers and internal teams.
• Support customers with product applications and technical questions.
• Maintain accurate project data in company systems and track multiple opportunities.
