- Ability to understand and communicate technical information.
Responsibilities
- Support sales reps with quotes, pricing, bids, and customer requests.
- Provide technical and product information to customers and reps.
- Follow up on leads and active opportunities.
- Support proposals, contract reviews, and customer presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and sales reps.
- Participate in customer visits, business meetings, and trade shows.
- Work with internal teams to support customer and sales needs.
