Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience in technical sales or related roles.
• Experience leading a technical, customer-facing team.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Inside Sales and application engineering teams.
• Define priorities, service standards, and capability roadmaps for HVAC and Industrial Inside Sales.
• Lead complex customer conversations, quotes, and escalation resolutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support market-share growth.
• Develop onboarding and training plans for team members.
