Job summary

SPX Technologies is hiring a Sr. Customer Experience Manager for its Electric Heat business. You will define the CX direction, lead a customer-focused team, and partner with Sales, Operations, and Engineering to deliver best-in-class service across brands and channels.

The role balances strategic roadmap development with hands-on leadership, escalation management, and day-to-day service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in customer experience or service leadership.
• Proven ability to build and lead teams in a high-volume B2B environment.
• Experience defining customer experience strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the customer experience vision for Electric Heat and related platforms.
• Build and guide a capable, accountable CX team with clear service standards.
• Lead escalations, client reviews, and strategic account interactions.
• Oversee day-to-day customer service and order management execution.
• Drive operational excellence with KPIs and continuous improvements.
• Lead ERP and systems transformation impacting customer experience.
