Job summary

• Six or more years in customer service/operations with leadership experience.
• Ability to define direction for a customer experience function while remaining hands-on.
• Experience building teams, coaching, and improving performance with metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead customer experience direction for Electric Heat and related platforms.
• Build and develop a high-performing Customer Experience organization with clear accountability.
• Establish service standards, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration to improve outcomes.
• Lead meetings with National Accounts, OEMs, and strategic customers; manage escalations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT to meet commitments.
