Job summary

Vincere, a valve and flow control distributor based in Warrendale, PA, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support the outside sales team, quote from technical drawings, and manage RFQs. The role emphasizes knowledge of actuators, pneumatics, and valve automation, with collaboration across departments to drive orders.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints, engage in pre-sale technical support, and use MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems to deliver accurate quotations and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Background in valves, actuators, valve automation, or electrical components.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment and application principles.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience using CRM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and external sales teams to assess application needs and specify correct actuators / pneumatics / valve automation / electrical components
• Provide pre-sale technical support and collaborate with sales to prepare detailed, accurate quotations.
• Generate and review RFQ analysis reports and communicate results to customers.
• Ensure all technical documentation and proposals are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical barriers to order completion.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal departments on project status and technical updates.
