Job summary

Verto People Ltd is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the outside sales team at Warrendale, PA. You will review drawings, generate quotes, and handle RFQs, contributing to order success.

Ideal candidates understand valves, actuators, valve automation, and pneumatic components, and are proficient with MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems. This role is based on-site and offers a discretionary bonus and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Background in valves, actuators, valve automation, electrical components or pneumatics.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment and application principles.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office, with experience using CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or near Warrendale, PA.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and external sales teams to assess application needs and specify correct actuators / pneumatics / valve automation / electrical components
• Provide pre-sale technical support and collaborate with sales to prepare detailed, accurate quotations.
• Generate and review RFQ analysis reports and communicate results to customers.
• Ensure all technical documentation and proposals are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical barriers to order completion.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal departments on project status and technical updates.
