Job summary

Proconex, located in Royersford, PA, is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to provide technical support for valves and equipment and to drive customer satisfaction through demonstrations and tailored solutions.

You will partner with engineering and product teams to refine offerings, deliver training, and analyze customer needs while staying current with industry trends. This full-time role focuses on growth, precision, and strong communication in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in applications or sales engineering or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in technical software and tools relevant to flow control applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers and sales teams regarding Valves & Equipment.
Develop and deliver product demonstrations and training sessions.
Collaborate with engineering and product management to enhance product offerings.
Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and marketing materials.
