Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative in Ridgefield. The role focuses on supporting Valve Automation quotations, building relationships with vendors, and delivering excellent customer service.

Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in a development role designed to grow expertise in Valve Automation. You will work with district associates to size actuators and control valves, creating quotations and learning the V&A business.

Qualifications

• 1-7 years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales skills including upsell.
• Ability to respond quickly to customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the district on quoting Valve Automation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while learning Valve Automation.
• Size on/off Actuators, Control Valves, Accessories, & build out Valve Automation quotations daily.
• Interact with vendors to support sales and build relationships.
• Collaborate with district associates to support Valve Automation products.
• Learn continuously in this development role.
